Boats

We are using Maldivian style dhonis to travel to the beautiful dive sites of the Rasdhoo Atoll. On every boat, three boat crewmembers take care of your comfort, and depending on the numbers of guests between one to four instructors accompany every dive trip. However, the maximum number on every boat is 18 (on average 10-12).

A new fibre glass dhoni will arrive soon to make your journey even more comfortable. It will have not only a toilet but also a fresh water shower.

The relatively small Rasdhoo Atoll allows us to leave generally a little bit later in the morning and we are still back in time for lunch. Veligandu is on island time, which means one hour ahead of Male. The very good light and the short trip times guarantee perfect diving conditions also in the afternoon.

We offer at least one single dive in the morning and one in the afternoon. Regularly, we will organize 2-tank or full day excursions to the world famous dive sites of the Ari Atoll: "Maaya Thila", "Uhkulas Thila" and "Fesdu Wreck".

Early morning dives at the "Big Blue" are a must in the agenda and night dives by boats are very popular too.
Every boat is equipped with an emergency oxygen system, a medic first aid box, life jackets, GPS and mobile phone and radio communication.
