HELLO DEAR FRIENDS OF MEERU!

In January we had the hatching of about seventy Hawksbill Turtles at the beach - next to the Asian Wok! This was a fantastic event for many of our Meeru guests and the Dive Team!

DANCE OF THE MANTA RAYS AT THE MEGA DIVE SPOT "BODU HITHI THILA"

Since the middle of December, Bodu Hithi Thila has been at it’s best. This place is definitely for Manta fans (which is everyone I would think?!).
Sometimes you don’t know what you should look at first! There are the Mantas, here are the whitetip reef sharks, over there are fat Napoleons & turtles ... and impossible to forget - even two sightings of a whale shark ;-)

NIGHT DIVING IN THE MEERU LAGOON

Our lagoon has transformed into a paradise for Macrofans and Underwater Photographers. Besides these two Frog Fish, you will also find Shrimps, Sepias, Pipe Fish, Crabs, Octopuses, Lion Fish, Puffer Fish, curious Box Fish… and if you like it bigger … occasionally you’ll see Sharks, Stingrays & Eagle rays.
