The OCEAN-PRO Dive Team Helengeli welcomes all guests who want to enjoy the luxury of untouched and unspoiled dive sites. Because there are not any other tourist islands nearby all the dive sites are only visited by divers of Helengeli. The uninhabited islands Kagi and Olahali are located to the north and the next tourist islands are two hours by boat away.

Since 1999 the team is managed by Uwe Hillen. Five international experienced dive instructors support him some of whom are working as long as Uwe himself in Helengeli. They know their dive sites as the back of their hand guaranteeing that you will always have the best possible dive experience no matter which time of the year you spend your holidays in Helengeli.

Furthermore, the house reef of Helengeli is probably one of the best in the Maldives. It offers six entry and exit points with corresponding tank service. Due its location in a channel close to the outside reef, the house reef with an enormous number and big variety of fish and coral life offers a fantastic alternative and addition to the boat dives and excursions.

You will find a very spacious diving school with all the amenities a diver can ask for. No guest carries his/her equip-ment to the diving boat, 6 days non limit diving without visiting a dive site twice is normal and small repairs of equipment is also part of our service.
